Facing redundancy?

Are you at risk of redundancy, or have you recently been made redundant? If you’re not sure what to do next, we have a range of free services available to support you every step of the way.

How can we support you

Partnership Action for Continuing Employment (PACE) is the Scottish Government's initiative to support those dealing with redundancy. PACE provides free, confidential advice to help you with your next steps.

PACE is made up of partner organisations who help give you local and impartial expert advice and help you to manage the stress which naturally comes with redundancy.

We also have a Redundancy Support guide that summarises what PACE support is available for people experiencing redundancy. You can view the National guide and its translations here.

Our downloadable handbook, Positive Steps to your Future, contains lots of useful information and tasks to help you move on successfully. You can view it here.
